Order Processing
Orders processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from warehouse.
A confirmation email will be sent when the order has been shipped.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Canada/US Shipping
Standard shipping cost within Canada is $10 and $15 to the United States, respectively.
Orders being shipped to an address in Canada are mailed using Canada Post, and typically take 7-10 days to be delivered after being processed.
Orders being shipped to an address in the United States are mailed using Canada Post, and may take 14-21 days to be delivered after being processed.
International Shipping
Standard shipping cost is $50.
Orders being shipped to an address outside Canada may take 14 - 21 days to be delivered after being processed.
Shipping Delays and Duties/Customs
There may be shipping delays due to Covid-19, Customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we navigate through these times.
Please Note: All international packages (outside of Canada) are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, we will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
For APO or FPO military addresses, please keep in mind that transit times may be prolonged due to government clearance protocol.
In the unfortunate event that your tracking information states your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow up to 3 business days for the delivery to arrive, check with neigbours, concierge etc. If you still have not received your package, please email info@deejaytjr.com with the subject line “Missing Order” followed by your Order Number for further assistance. Please note that we are not required to replace your missing merchandise, as it is up to the discretion of our customer support team to come up with a resolution per individual case.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept international returns/exchanges – all international orders are FINAL SALE. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
All Canadian returns and exchanges must be authorized via sending an email to info@deejaytjr.com - unauthorized packages returned to us without approval will not be accepted.
If approved, we do not offer refunds - all returns will be issued store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying for your own return label
After your return and/or exchange is received back at our facility, we will send out your new item(s) and/or issue your store credit. Unfortunately, if your request is not approved, that means your order conflicts with one or more of our policy's requirements below:
All exchanges must be authorized within 14 business days (of the order's delivery date) before exchanging merchandise.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or have any markings (makeup, tan, deodorant... etc.).
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags.
Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions.
Merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of deejay t-jr..
Discount and sale items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges can only be made once. Once you make an exchange, any item(s) received in return become ineligible for future exchanges/returns.
